Home Grow Enterprise (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.homegrow.co.in) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Replacement & Return Policy:
  • We at Home Grow Enterprise take utmost care in giving the best products to our consumers, in spite of that if the consumer is not satisfied with the products, the following are the general return and replacement policy applicable to all items sold in homegrow.co.in.
  • An item or items may be eligible for return or replacement if it fulfills the following conditions:
  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition or Was different from what was ordered.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging as delivered.
  • If package is opened or used those items are not eligible for return.
  • Information about the same should be emailed along with a photograph on the same day of receiving the items.
  • Return of products should be made within 7 days from receiving date.
  • Shipping charges and packing charges cannot be refunded in any case.
  • Once the returned products reach the store with the above-mentioned conditions amount will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
  • If any item/items are missing from the order it should be intimated by email/Whatsapp with 24hrs of delivery. The item will be sent or a refund can be issued as per the customer request.
